Let's grow together

Food Forest installations

We are excited to announce several upcoming days where neighbors can meet and greet while planting fruit trees and herbs in three Westwood locations. We welcome volunteers of all ages to help us kick off these new food forests.

 

This spring we will be planting on:

  • May 22nd @ Cincinnati Urban Promise

  • May 28th @ My Neighbor's Place

  • May 30th @ Little Schoolhouse in the Woods

These food forests are made possible by the hard work of the folks at the Cincinnati Permaculture Institute and with funding from the Cincinnati Urban Agriculture Program. Check out our initiatives page for details!

Garden Map: A Network of Neighbors

Want to see some amazing Westwood garden spaces? Check out these inspirational gardens! We are always growing our network to include all gardens; no matter how small. To add your garden send an email to: westwoodgrows@gmail.com with:

  • three pictures of your garden

  • your street address

  • a short description of your garden philosophy, favorite plants, etc.
